The Zest mobile app is developed by Zest, a subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC bank. It aims to streamline the lives of Nigerians by consolidating essential services into one comprehensive platform. By creating an ecosystem where users can access a multitude of functionalities without the hassle of multiple app downloads.
Many Nigerians struggle with effectively managing their lifestyle and finances due to the disjointed nature of existing services. This fragmentation creates inefficiencies and challenges in accessing and utilising essential resources. To address this issue, the Zest mobile application seeks to consolidate multiple services into one cohesive platform, offering users a seamless experience and comprehensive solution to their lifestyle and financial management needs.
Problems we’re trying to solve with the Zest Mobile App
The aim of coming up with this solution is to empower users by simplifying their daily routines, saving them valuable time and effort. By seamlessly integrating banking, budgeting, shopping, and more, the Zest application strives to offer a holistic experience that resonates with the diverse needs and preferences of its users.
I worked on this project with the design lead and the engineering team at Zest on this project. We delved into understanding the users we were designing for, their needs, and the pain points they experience when using financial lifestyle applications. By incorporating the feedback we received into the design, we were able to create a solution that truly addresses their requirements.
